What options do I have?

As an affiliate, you can decide how to use the 25% commission on sales. You can choose to keep all 25%, or offer part (or all) of the commission as a discount to your customers. For instance, you can choose to take 15% as commission and offer a 10% discount on the total sale for those customers using your affiliate link.

What are my responsibilities?

As an affiliate, you will need to use various types of advertising media that will have customer use your unique link address to visit DomainConstructor.com. When those customers make purchases, you will be awarded the commission amount you selected. The commission made will be paid to you on a periodic basis via PayPal. Additional terms and conditions apply and can be reviewed below.

Sounds Good, what do I do to become an Affiliate?

1. First you have to set up an account on the website itself – no payment is required. If you’ve already done this, you can skip this step. Register a new account by entering your name and email and password, as requested.
2. Next you must let the DomainConstructor.com Affiliate Manager know that you are now registered, and ready to join the Affiliate program. Email the Affiliate Manager at affiliatemgr@DomainConstructor.com from the same email address you used in your Affiliate account registration in step #1. When you email them, they will know by your email address who you are, and be able to register you into the Affiliate program. There is one additional bit of information that the Affiliate Manager needs to know, which must currently be entered manually (upcoming updates will allow you to set this yourself). The Affiliate Program gives you a commission of 25% of all sales brought in by your Affiliate Links. You have the option of enticing your customers by giving them a share of that percentage as a discount to their purchases, if you choose to do so. In that Email, please include how much of the 25% you wish to receive and how much of a discount to provide to your customers. These numbers must sum up to be 25%. (Example: the Affiliate can take 15% and give the customers a 10% discount overall, or take 10% and the customers get 15%, or even take it all 25% while the customers pay full price.). The email should contain this information in the format of “Affiliate=15%, Discount=10%” or “Affiliate=25%, Discount=0%”, etc. You could then advertise to your customers that you are personally giving them a special discount off the regular price – but they will only get it when using YOUR Affiliate Links.  NOTE: If you do not specify in your email the Discount to be given your customers when using your link  then they will receive no discount, and you will receive the entire 25% commission.
3. You will then receive by email instructions for creating Affiliate Links (with cut and paste examples that you can use in ads, emails, etc.) that you can use with your marketing ads, etc. You will also receive a copy of the terms and conditions, and coupons for FREE tokens that you can provide to customers of your choice to help you share the news.  You will also gain access to the Affiliate menu options reserved for affiliates, which includes teh Affiliate Resources which has your links (that can be cut and pasted into your postings) and the Affiliate Report which you can use to follow all your customers (it’ll show them linking in, and making any purchases).
4. In becoming an Affiliate you agree to the Terms and Conditions for Affiliates of DomainConstructor.com.
